Temporary Changes within Jo's Tax Service

posted Mar 24, 2020, 7:51 AM by Julia Sims
Due to the current events we would like you to know that we will still be accepting drop offs and are more than happy to handle any business possible electronically. As we are considered an essential business as of right now, we will not be closing. Sadly, we will not be able to accept any face to face appointments until further notice. This is for your safety as well as ours. If for whatever reason you do need to come in to the office, please use common sense and keep a respectable distance from others, including our employees. Your safety and theirs is important to Jo's Tax Service. We offer to mail any paperwork to prevent you having to come in and pick it up. Please call to inquire.

We are making an effort to keep our surfaces cleaned several times a day with disinfecting cleansers. We apologize, but we will not be allowing the use of our private bathroom during this time.
We ask that anyone needing to physically come to our office please call ahead of time to let us know you are coming. We are only allowing a limited number of people in our office at one time in order to do our part. If you need to sign paperwork, we ask that you not approach the employee presenting the paperwork for you until they have stepped back. They will still be able to show you clearly where to sign. If at all possible, we are encouraging the use of electronic signatures. Please call to inquire how this may be done.

We would like to warn patrons of our business that we will be diffusing essential oils throughout the building and that the smell may be rather strong for some people. These particular essential oils are said to help cleanse the air.
